Baby's Enchanted Garden is not taking orders at this time.

Not only does Baby's Enchanted Garden provide nurturing products for parents and babies, but an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you have questions about our catalog or your order, please contact us. Below you'll find our shipping and return policies.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Check, or Money Order. With checks and money orders, orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please send payments in a timely fashion...to us that means within 14 days. If you need more time, just contact us. Thank you!
International Orders
Baby's Enchanted Garden accepts orders from outside the US. On International orders, shipping costs will be calculated after the order is placed and customers will be emailed for confirmation before orders are shipped.
Tracking and Insurance are NOT available for orders outside the US and Baby's Enchanted Garden is not responsible for orders lost in shipping.
Shipping
We offer USPS Priority and Local Pick Up as our standard shipping methods.
We are happy to procure other shipping methods if you request (such as Overnight or 2 Day Air, UPS etc...) however, please note the following:
-If you request an alternate shipping method you will incur all costs associated with shipping your item regardless of how large your order is.
-We will retain a $5.00 service charge for any order cancelled after we have retrieved alternate shipping rates for you.
This means that if you request alternate shipping, we retrieve prices for you and then you choose to cancel your order, we will retain $5.00 of your refund.

A note about shipping charges:
We have changed our shipping costs to reflect shipping rates increases; however, if your package costs considerably less that what you were charged at checkout, we will refund the difference to you.
We aren't in the business to make money off of shipping nor are we out to lose it for the same reason. We strive to be as fair as possible and appreciate your understanding.
Price Matching
Baby's Enchanted Garden offers price matching! Please send the URL to the website along with product and price information via our contact form and we will match the price! Applies to US retailers only and must be for the exact item.
*Amby items DO NOT qualify for price matching or free shipping. If you find an online store with prices for these items at less than what is listed on my website then please know that they are doing this against the expressed desire of the manufacturer.
Return Policy
You MUST contact us at info@babysenchantedgarden.com before sending any item for a return!
If your item is returned without this contact, we will issue an IN STORE CREDIT.
Returns gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase for full refund. Return shipping charges incurred by sender. Special conditions apply to diapers, diaper liners, slings, and nursing pads.
All items MUST be returned in resellable condition to receive full refund except in the case of defective merchandise.
Diapers: Returned diapers cannot be washed or worn to receive a full refund except in the case of a defective item.
For diapers that have been washed or worn, we will offer a 50% refund as long as they are in resellable condition.
Slings/Baby Carriers: Slings must NOT be washed or worn (more than to try out) to receive refund.
Nursing Pads: Nursing pads removed from package, washed or worn, will not be refunded except in the case of a defective item.
Amby Baby Motion Bed Shipping and Return Policies
Amby Baby Motion Bed is shipped directly from the U.S. Distributor. Shipping fees are a flat $18. If you order more than one Amby Baby Motion Bed, I will refund you any extra shipping costs figured by my shopping cart.
Amby Baby Motion Bed is not returnable!
Please do your research well before ordering. We recommend that the Bed is purchased as early as possible or during pregnancy so that your baby can get the full use out of it.
