Here's my birth story, it's not very long lol!
At midnight, April 12, my water broke in a big gush!
Contractions started 10 minutes later, and within half an hour, I’m having ctrx every 2 min. maybe less. We got to the hospital at 12:30, we’re only 5 minutes away, so no stress there. I’m already dilated at 5cm and completely effaced, I knew it wouldn’t be too long now! Around 2:20, I asked for some demerol, I really shouldn’t have, I was almost done, but you know how painful it is lol! I had some ctrx that would last close to 5 minutes and very painful ones. Anyways, at 2:44, I’m finally allowed to push and at 2:50am, Sabrina was born! I told the dr. I wanted to get her out, to let me know when the head was out. So, she did, I got to *pull* her out of me and cut the cord!! I was so excited!!
So except for the demerol half an hour before I gave birth, I finally had what I always wanted, a natural birth. Mama and baby are doing great!!
