Grapefruit Essential Oil (citrus paradisi) is wonderful to have during labor. It is very uplifting and helpful during times where it feels like you just can't go on.
Add a few drops to a cotton ball and inhale or combine with Sweet Orange and Lemon for a wonderful, uplifting blend.
